Nice little advertising and marketing project by Antrepo that looks at simplifying product packaging in an over saturated consumer market that we find ourselves in today. Various well know products have been used including Nutella and Mr Muscle for instance, and in many cases the new, minimalist branding is more successful as captures attention and also allows the consumer to see MORE of the product.

Nice little device for creating those vector stripes. Especially good for use on website backgrounds!

Ad campaign targeting the ongoing Irag War. It’s message is simple yet effective, successfully using the physical properties of a printed flyer wrapped around a lamp post to communicate the message that the conflicts between West and East are much more deep rooted than first thought!

I saw the job advert for the position of Graphic Designer in the local newspaper, and emailed the agency straight away with a copy of my portfolio and CV. They got back to me the following week and I soon had myself an interview with the Agency principle, Mark Padgett. Another week passed by and I had a telephone call confirming that I had been granted the position. Having only graduated at the beginning of Summer and considering the current financial climate, I was over the moon when i found out I would be starting in January 2010!

A recent project by conceptual designer, Daniel Eatock.

‘Disply Book Shelf’ is a particularly clever piece of thinking. By carefully selecting books of varying sizes, Eatock has successfully managed to compensate and accomodate for the unusually long, sagging shelf.

As a result, the everyday perception that we have of a book shelf has been created from an imperfection in a physical form.
